If anyone could help me find a match for this contract I will be grateful!!

I must complete the following two tasks quickly and with one person if possible. The first task has priority and needs to be completed first. That is to create web based reports that supervisors and managers can use to view their employees use (or abuse) of the internet. Internet usage is logged to a MS SQL server. The reporting tool to be used to create the web based reports will be Cognos. It will be tied into an IIS server to present the web pages. The individual will need to have experience on these 3 applications to integrate them and create the reports.

The second task will be accomplished using the remaining dollars after the reporting application is written. Currently, our Cisco PIX firewall and Real Source Tripwire intrusion detection systems are in place and logging activity. We use BMC Patrol to monitor for networked and system activity for systems management. I need someone who understands PIX, Real Secure, Tripwire, and Patrol, and can script Patrol to collect alert information from the firewall and IDS systems so that sys admins can be alerted in real time of problems.

Contract length: 3+ months (possibly to 1 year)
Payrate: Flexible (we need this person immediately)
Location: Sacramento, CA

Senior LAN/WAN systems admin needed for work with cool nonprofits in Harvard Square, NYC, DC and SF. We work with environmental, human rights, and human services groups throughout the US and Latin America.

Key Capabilities:
Project Management (LAN/WAN complex roll-outs)
Approaching CCIE level of CISCO knowledge
Client-oriented communications a plus

Comp is less than top-tier corporate work but much higher than normal nonprofit wages.

Where else could you support a WAN documenting human rights atrocities in Kosovo and help reduce hunger in Harlem?
